  8. Companies, Escrow Companies, and others who process contract collections or
  9. installment notes. It uses modern low-cost microcomputer technology to bring a
  10. high degree of accounting efficiency to those organizations with a few hundred
  11. (to many thousand) collection contracts to service. Comprehensive reports
  12. include trial balance, investor reports, year-end statements, 1098 and 1099
  13. magnetic media, delinquent payment register, and delinquent fee register. Some
  14. of the payment processing options are daily or monthly interest, automatic
  15. reserve collection, late fee capability, multiple disbursements per account,
  16. buyer receipts, seller payment notices, and delinquent notices. The system
  17. provides easy onscreen inquiry of account status and balances, account history
  18. ledger, name and address, contract tickler memos, and payoff quotations. An
  19. integrated Bank Reconciliation option is available to firms who print many
  20. disbursement checks and will substantially reduce the time required to balance
  21. trust accounts.
